The Royal Orchard Pumking Whiskey Cocktail

Ingredients

2 ounces Southern Tier Pumking Whiskey
1 ounce Amaro di Angostura
2 ounces lemon juice
2 ounces sparkling apple cider
Dash Angostura bitters
Dried apple slice & cocktail cherry, to garnish

Instructions

Combine the whiskey, amaro, and lemon juice together in a shaker with ice. Shake until frosty. Strain into a rocks glass and top with sparkling apple cider and a few drops of bitters. Garnish with a dried apple slice and a cocktail cherry.

Notes

Whiskey Substitutes: If you love the sound of this cocktail but can’t get ahold of Pumking Whiskey, have no fear! Substitute any flavored sweet whiskey or bourbon (think honey whiskey or brown sugar bourbon) and add a few dashes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or clove bitters to taste.
