  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg


  1. Combine the seasoning in a clean jar. Shake until well mixed. Store in a cool, dry place.

Recipe Notes

Use As a Delicious Seasoning on Baked Fish & Meat: Combine one tablespoon jerk seasoning with one tablespoon brown sugar for each pound of your chosen protein (i.e., a two-pound slab of salmon would need two tablespoons each of seasoning and sugar). Season the meat or fish with salt and pepper, and then rub the seasoning mixture all over. Bake in the oven to desired doneness for a flavorful and easy weeknight meal.
